Bruce Jouanny took the wheel of the Quarkus P3 for this participation in the 102nd edition of the race to the clouds, held in the United States on June 23, 2024.
With its 156 turns grouped into approximately twenty kilometers, an elevation gain of nearly 1,500 meters and a finish at an altitude of over 4,300 meters, Pikes Peak offers an unparalleled setting.
At the heart of the development of its road-going supercar, the French manufacturer decided to take on a motorsport legend, the second-oldest race in America, created in 1916. A natural choice: Ari Vatanen, who closely follows the Quarkus project, is one of the leading figures at Pikes Peak. The Finn won in 1988, setting the record at the time.
